Ingredients

Pork Tenderloins

Dark Worchestershire Sauce

Light Worchestershire Sauce

lemon juice

olive oil

lemon pepper, lots

salt & pepper


Grilled Vegetables

tomatoes

zucchini squash

yellow squash

sweet potato slices

green & red bell peppers

onion chunks

eggplant perhaps, whatever you like

garlic, minced (lots)

olive oil

capers

lemon pepper

salt

lemon juice

Directions

Marinate however many needed for 6-24 hrs. in the other ingredients.
Grill on each side 10 minutes.
While grilling cook left-over marinade either in oven or on stove.
Slice meat on serving platter and pour cooked marinade over so it runs between and around.

Serve with grilled vegetables:

Cut up vegetables.
Sprinkle and toss with garlic, olive oil, capers, lemon pepper, salt and lemon juice.
Can fix early and then bake at 350 20-30 min. while grilling Pork Tenderloin.
